  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information.

  • Missed pickups or failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Grandma’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds
